Under the direction of Chris Kaflik, Chris Paulson and John Marque, The Sound of Brownsburg competes on the local, regional and national level in marching, concert, percussion and jazz bands.
Under the direction of Melissa Stainbrook and Chad Strasser, BHS has 9 choirs, including 4 competitive show choirs who have finished in the top 3 in show choir and concert choir for the last three consecutive years.
Under the direction of Glen Hauger, the BHS Orchestra includes four different performing groups from Freshman Orchestra through the Brownsburg Symphony Orchestra (BSO) and competes at the highest levels.
Under the direction of Chris Kaflik, the BHS Guard operates within the Sound of Brownsburg Marching Band competing with the band and in local and regional winter guard competitions.
The BHS Theater Department is led by Jamie Keeler and performs a student musical and play each year. The group also competes at the Indiana Thespian Society regional and state finals.
BHS Visual Arts includes Katie Keith, Megan Wysong, Ashley Ward, Anna Davlin and Jason Catellier who give BHS students many opportunities to follow their passion for art.
